FATBOX is a comprehensive concept of customizing the latest generation Harley-Davidson Fat Boy motorcycle. We developed this design with great respect for the classic look of this iconic model.

The Fat Boy boasts one of the most recognizable front-end designs. We made an effort to preserve this design while emphasizing its volume through our body panels and accessories. In order to create a
unique rear fender, we spared no expense in using milled aluminum. The intricate combination of two materials on the fender exudes an uncompromising sense of luxury and ruggedness.

The hefty wheel profile is another distinctive feature of the classic Fat Boy. We specifically crafted a range of forged wheels for the FATBOX project.

For the Softail frame, we manufacture a console swingarm that allows the full potential of the wheel design to be realized. The FATBOX project utilizes air suspension. The 280mm rear tire perfectly accentuates the project's ruggedness. To compensate for belt offset, we have developed a special offset for the clutch housing.

The basic set of body panels for FATBOX includes a rear and front fender, seat, chin fairing, and handlebars. The foundation of the rear fender is milled from solid pieces of aluminum. Fiberglass is used to create the panels. Additionally, there is an option available for a second passenger.

We keep the fuel tank in its stock form, which positively influences the functionality of the motorcycle and maintains its classic look.
